Dr. Jins George completed his Ph.D from MKU in the area of Human resource management, he is an MBA holder with specializations in HR and Marketing from De Paul Institute of Science and Technology, MSW from Bharathiar University and qualified NET. He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching and industry. Prior to joining Santhigiri Jins has served many prestigious educational institutions as an academician. He delivers expert talk and trainings on diverse management topics to the students of different educational institutions. He is also an entrepreneur who started Altro- Academic learning training & research organisation which is catering different services to Indian education sector. He has taught courses like Business Law, Management Information System, Advanced Strategic Management, International Business, Human Resource Management, Management of Training and Development, Environment and Business etc. He has proven his expertise in research field with valuable publications in national and international journals. He has presented papers in many research related conferences in and across India. His area of interest is in research, teaching and training.

She is awarded with her doctorate in management studies, in the stream of Human Resource Management. She has many publications to her credit in National/International Journals of repute. Dr. Sonia Elizebeth Thomas is an academic professional with more than 13 years of teaching and research experience all through PG level. Her interest areas include HR, Quantitative Techniques and Operations Research.

Fr. Jibu Pullattu is an academic professional with more then two years of teaching experiences. He has completed M Phil from Christ Deemed to be University in the area of Behavioural Finance. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Masters in MBA holder from Kristu Jayanthi Autonomous College,Bengaluru University with Speializations in HR and Finance. He is right now pursuing PhD from Christ Deemed to be University Bengaluru. He has taught courses like HR electives, Business Research Methodology, Business Ethics, Management Concepts And Marketing Electives. He has presented papers in research field with valuable publications in national and international journals.

Mr. Nelson Mathew

Mr. Nelson Mathew is a committed academic and professional with a strong foundation in business and management education. He has completed MBA in 2007 from Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Brand Management (PGDBM) from ICFAI University in 2009 and holds a B.Com degree from Deva Matha College, Kuravilangadu in 2003 With 14 years of teaching experience in MBA programs, he has specialized in a wide range of subjects including Business Communication, Marketing Management, Brand Management, Security Analysis & Portfolio Management (SAPM), Entrepreneurship Development, and Rural Marketing. In addition to his academic career, he brings 4 years of valuable industry experience, having worked with ICICI Prudential Life, Tata AIG Life, and ING Life as an Assistant Training Manager. He has recently submitted PhD thesis on Behavioral Finance in Mutual Fund Industry at Karunya University, Coimbatore, aligning with strong interest in financial markets like BSE / NSE .He is an active investor and trader in the stock market, continuously expanding practical understanding of financial markets. Passionate about soft skill development, he regularly conducts sessions aimed at enhancing communication, leadership, and professional effectiveness. Outside of academics and finance, he has a keen interest in sports and enjoys playing table tennis, tennis, and cricket.

She has actively contributed to academic research, presenting multiple papers at both national and international conferences. Her teaching methodology blends theoretical concepts with practical applications, aiming to enhance student understanding and engagement in the field of finance and management.
